Rationalizing Weight Gain While TTC

I am curious, how many women rationalize eating (and gaining) whatever they want because they are TTC?  I have definitely been doing this.  I always need to be on a diet, always. But why try now when I will soon be getting fat for a good cause?  I am sure this is not a smart way to roll.  But right now, with Thanksgiving only a day a way and Christmas gaining on its heels, ALL I can think about is rolls... and dressing... and all things bacon/ham/etc. 

I am going to attempt to continue my workout routines and try to stay even but check back here in a few weeks to see how that worked out for me!

    Seriously, because once you do get pregnant you can keep a workout routine and after watching teen mom (yes I admit its bad I get some of my advice off of teen mom) one of the teen moms was grateful she kept working out during pregnancy :-)

  2. i would totally keep working out. so much easier to return to pre-baby form when you are working out... if not alot longer to even get back in the swing. plus it is a great break for you during and after.
